It takes a lot of volunteers to make this event happen.
Volunteer to be on the committee and learn how this highly successful event is prepared for and run, and contribute your talents.
Or please, volunteer to help set up, booth watch, clean up, or help in other ways during the Festival week/weekend.
There are a number of volunteer activities pre-Festival and during the Festival. Here’s a breakdown of the opportunities.
Pre-Festival
- Mark the grounds for booths, when conditions allow
- Erect fence at the High School – a few strong people needed to drive posts for the fence and others to attach the orange snow fence (w zipties) to the posts
Festival
- Traffic Control-Information / Parking (some walking involved) – Time: 5 am-10 am (or) 10 am – 2 pm (or) 2 pm – 6 pm
- Booth sitting, Information booth & donation collection-flyer distribution (walking around the festival involved) -Time: 10 am – 2 pm (or) 2pm – 6pm
- Traffic Control-Information / Parking (some walking involved) – Time: 9 am – 1 pm (or) 1 pm – 5 pm
- Booth sitting, Information booth & donation collection-flyer distribution (walking around the festival involved) -Time: 9 am – 1 pm (or) 1 pm – 5 pm
- Helping with closing 5 pm – 7 pm
